Before 2022 ended, WHSL founder Victor Lopez Jr. shared a recap of the year from his point of view: "Thank you HOBOKEN for such a crazy, inspirational, heartwarming, emotional roller coaster of a ride."
He thanked his family for always pushing him; @therealbigalow__yb, @vailstones, @the6borough, @rizzyray11, @d3e_j_m, @jose_b_wylin, @hobokenweekend, @hobokenhousing, @streetfriendss, @meny_myndz, @giddtavm and many more who included him in so much in the city; every artist and creative WHSL featured; the late-night hustlers who put every dollar into their small businesses; and his mentors @iam4cg and @garciasquared.
"While this year has been a roller coaster of a ride, I have strived for nothing but greatness and will continue to do as I pave new avenues for the creatives of our city... I can't wait to show y'all what's next."
