In Hoboken in January 2025, Teja Singh of Hamilton College and Harmehar Singh Chhabra of Stevens Institute of Technology made history in what is believed to be the first NCAA matchup between two turban-wearing Sikhs.
The two starters played a competitive game in front of enthusiastic fans and a proud Sikh Sangat. The milestone highlights the growing presence of Sikhs in high-level basketball and is an inspiration for future generations. Captured by Jujaar Films.
