On March 14, 2023, WHSL honored one of Hoboken's own: an artist, a creative and, most importantly, a loving father, Tahir Ibn Mubarak McClintock, known as Pooka (@_pooka).
Tahir was born February 11, 1997, in Hoboken and grew up in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was known for his musical talent and comedic skits, which he shared across platforms. He had one child, Calvin Lavon McClintock, with Denisha Hinds in 2015, and he cherished being a father. He passed away on March 14, 2021, at 24, survived by his son, parents, siblings, uncles, aunts, cousins and close friends. Hoboken will remember this beautiful young soul.
WHSL shared the music video for @craftynumba3's single "Lately" featuring Pooka, shot and edited by @aimnshootmotionpictures.
