The announcement
WHSL first broke the news in September 2023: "It's up for the city of Hoboken!" Noah was set for an exclusive freestyle on an upcoming episode of On The Radar. Presented by Gabe P, a radio host at Power 105.1, On The Radar is a New York-rooted platform that gained recognition for impromptu performances by local drill artists before expanding to other genres. Its standout moments include performances by New York's own Ice Spice, Kenzo B and Jenn Carter, and most recently Drake himself alongside Central Cee. "This is major!"
