The father-daughter duo you never knew you needed: young entrepreneur and athlete Leah Garcia and her father, Coach G, launched their motivational app, MotivateYou, on the App Store in February 2023.
MotivateYou is a family-owned social motivational coaching platform built to give everyone a "D.O.S.E." of motivation, designed to activate dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins. A year earlier, Leah and Coach G set out to address a serious problem: 320 million people suffering from depression and 900 million feeling unfulfilled in their daily lives. The app connects people with affordable, real-time, one-on-one coaching with a high-performance lifestyle coach, plus instant motivation for any situation, from public speaking to relationships to leadership, through 30- to 60-second affirmations.
