A huge milestone in March 2023: the Hoboken Shelter celebrated 3 million meals served since 1982.
WHSL saluted Rev. Anthony Forbes, pastor and executive director at Street Life Ministry and operations manager at the Hoboken Shelter, and Hamis Guirgis, fundraising director at Street Life and development coordinator at the shelter. Since meeting Rev. Forbes, WHSL founder Victor Lopez Jr. had seen nothing but greatness from him: a man of many titles, always willing to give to his community.
