In February 2023, three local leaders were honored with proclamations from the City of Hoboken.
Jolie
Jolie was recognized as a true community leader: she established the Dancing Divas, now the Dancing Royals, with Javanna Burrell (@real_life_prettty), contributes constantly to Familyhood and was thanked for her service to Hoboken's residents. Council President Emily Jabbour nominated her.
Marquis
The second proclamation went to Marquis for his drive and determination in paving the way for the city's youth. A pillar of the community for pushing young people athletically and more, he has taken Hoboken Elite to great heights.
Crafty
The third went to his brother, Crafty, also for helping pave the way for Hoboken's youth. Two brothers were honored that night for their leadership. Both were nominated by @breyes805. "Now that's what Hoboken sounds like!"
